Amazing posability.

One minor thing that bugged me about it though, were the proportions.  For a
lego fembot, the hips might need to be a little wider relative to the
shoulders.  Image 8 points this out pretty clearly to me.  She's pretty
triangular, when an hourglass shape would be more appropriate for a woman.

Of course, that's my understanding from sketchwork, and may not be as
readily applicable in lego.  Still, it's absolutely incredible what can be
done with this as a foundation.  How much added weight can it support while
holding a pose?

Hi all, I haven't posted for some time, but I've finally finished a new
mecha design.  It's actually a prototype for some future designs that I • have
in mind.  I think you'll find it quite interesting, not only in form, but • in
posability.  I don't know that I've seen another mecha with this much
potential for poses.  Thus the large number of pictures that I've put on • my
site.

Next up is a Fei Yen from Virtual On to this same scale with the same
posability.  I'm eager to get started.

Well, take a look and let me know what you think of her, the site is

I set the proportions for an anime/comic book figure, not necessarily reality, though I think she has a decent hourglass figure as is. I think there are a couple of proportion problems, in that the feet are a bit too large as compared to the head, (...) (23 years ago, 21-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
