You are absolutely right about the grooming issue! This is what happens
when you hire the first contractor you come across. I've been contracting
out my techs from Rebel Alliance Services Corporation. Personal
presentation is a little lacking but they do good work and they work cheap.
One strange thing I did notice is they all look the same, as if they were
clones or something.
Hey don't you use the same service contractor? Have you had problems with
presentation and appearance? I really don't remember.
