I would love to make long, round-barrelled guns, but LEGO only makes 1x1 or 2x2 rounded tubes. 1x1 is IMO too skinny for the primary cannons, and 2x2 is too fat. I really wish there was (...) (...) Marco, you were correct. It was the rotational part of the joints that caused the collapse. Once I switched the joints around, they held the weight.
