Hello all,

I submit for your perusal ( and hopefully your approval :)! ) the Tripedal
Assault Unit, or T.A.U. for short.
Enjoy!

Very nifty. There's lots to like about this, but the problem i have with it is
that a tripedal mecha in this configuration would never be able to actually
walk. In order to do that it needs to be able to lift at least one leg in the
air, which it could never do. Add a leg, and you'll have something both neat
{and} logical.

Allister

I understand your position, Allister, and appreciate your input, but the idea of
building this Mech was more about having fun building and trying something truly
" off the wall" than focusing on what could be done in reality. However, it
should be noted that the legs can be pivoted side to side where they join the
body which may help with the balance issue you spoke of. I'll try to set it in a
walking pose and see if I can get it to balance on its own with one foot off of
the ground. If I can, I'll post a picture of it.
That being said, again I appreciate your praise and your constructive criticism.
:)
