I saw the thumbnail on Brickshelf before I saw your post here, and I immediately thought two things:

1. It was yours, without a doubt. 2. The short, thick chest section and big shoulder blocks--looks like a Front Mission Wanzer.

I was right on both counts!

I like the wheels, I think they might have worked better if you could have narrowed the foot down, and gone with more of a pointy toe than a forked toe, but I don’t know if that would have been possible.

I’m not real big on the cylindrical launchers, but I loooove those green box launchers. It looks badass with the arm shields, and I think the three-pylon vernier pack is a nice innovation over the four-pylon version.

After looking through all the pics, I Googled for some Wanzer pics and started building. I searched for Todd Amacher’s “Juggernaut” post so I could use his hand design, and in the process I saw your reply to his post where you said, “MOCs like this give me the urge to build.” So, yeah, I know what you mean!

(URL) Click on Image I finally completed this mecha. Phew. Anyways, this is my third posable bipedal mecha. It uses many of the techniques I developed over the years. Inspiration for it came mostly from VOTOMS (note the wheels in the heel area) and (...) (20 years ago, 22-May-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX) !
