WOW! This thing is SO cool!
First time that I saw it on BS I was floored. I immediately noticed the Giger
influence. It’s amazing how close you are getting to recreating his style, and
how nicely you are integrating some of your own ideas into it. I’d love to
someday see you do the space jockey from Alien, complete with minifig versions
of the Nostromo crew inspecting it.
The only other thing I have to say is that I agree with you about the “Makitsu”
head. It’s actually quite well made, but somehow feels out of place with
backdrop. Perhaps it would work better if it were dark grey or grey and looked
like some alien newborn emerging from it’s biomechanical womb? Oh wait... That
sounds like Giger work. Shows how imaginative I am. :-p
Anyways, it’s good to see you posting on build.mecha again, Bryce! Please do it
more often, as I miss replying to your awesome posts. :-)

| As some of you know I've been building mostly Bionicle stuff the last couple years. I know it's the lil' red haired stepchild of the Lego community but whatever; I'm sure you can get over it. Anyhoo BZPower (a Bionicle duh fan based website) is (...) (20 years ago, 23-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX) !!
