| | Hey All- I have finally finished doing one of my dreams: building a lego gundam that looks good. Heck, I built two! May I present to you the RX-79 Desert Variant and the RGM-79 Sniper: (URL) Sorry if the pic is a bit big, but I'm proud of them :<) (...) (20 years ago, 6-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

| | | | I really like these models. You really seem to get the most out of any of the parts you build with. Who needs curved wedges when you have 2x4 bricks :). The RX-79 has a pretty good form, and i am astonished as to how you managed to make a gundam (...) (20 years ago, 7-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

More 'military', I guess. (...) Thanks. The key to the head (...) (20 years ago, 9-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

| | | | (...) I don't mind the big photo, Ryan. These things look like a lot of fun! I agree that you've gotten some good detail with some basic parts. I recommend adding one more axis of ankle articulation. (20 years ago, 8-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

| | | | | (...) Thanks. I've been playing around with ways to do that, but I don't have the right hinges right now, nor the cash to buy them yet. Hopefully that will be an upgrade soon though! Ry out (20 years ago, 9-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

| | | | Hey, cool! I really like how you did them without ot many slopes. It's hard to use blocks like that and make it look good, but you did it. However, they do look a bit blocky. Some slopes, especially in the leg areas, would make it look better I (...) (20 years ago, 10-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
