We-ellll.... ok, I'll admit it. I took the nearly-useless Throwbot shooter arms and cut them off near the ball-joint (where there's a technic axle shape) This allows them to be set into anything that can accept a technic axle. (...) You're thinking trademark. Mladen has (at least in the US) a copyright over anything he has created. One can *register* a copyright, which makes it much easier to defend in a court of law, but one does not need to register to actually hold a (...)
