  The Eastern Block's Newest Weapons

Re: Standing on the shoulders of Giants

(...) Anthony, About the only way you can top this is to produce a stop-action animation of this behemoth moving. I'd love to see it move about. Of course, I don't expect to see it fly (except with the help of Photoshop). Great work!! Alan (21 years ago, 26-Jun-03, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Instructions for Mecha

(...) You might also try checking out the (URL) resources> section here at .build.mecha. Many folks worked hard to provide a nice starting resource for others who want to try their hand at mecha. -Dave (21 years ago, 25-Jun-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Nuhvok-Ka

Re: Standing on the shoulders of Giants

(...) Thanks much! I will admit the cloth wings are a bit of a cop out, but look at the original wings. I much prefer the way it is now than before.   Re: Nuhvok-Ka

(...) The first time I looked at this I wasn't too fond of it. My mind got wrapped around the idea of a sedan, and it really doesn't work for that, but as a dunebuggy it's a rather interesting design. The version shown in the last three images looks (...)   Re: Nuhvok-Ka

(...) Thanks. That cam about sort of accidentally, but I like it too. It has that cobbled together Mad Max 2 feel to it. (...) Yeah, and it's dead easy to pose too. And very stable. Translation: Playability. This one survives the (...) (21 years ago, 25-Jun-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: New Battlemechs

(...) Thanks! It was only my second time to use ball joints on a mech. The first time was the Locust, which has been revamped and is awaiting pictures. I'm liking what I'm seeing. (...) Thanks again. *gasps* But it DOES have knee joints! I think you (...) (21 years ago, 25-Jun-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)
