Woohoo! Go Dave! I was wondering where Invictus went. I really loved hearing the build story though. This mecha/beast is sweet. I love the huge body and then the small t-rex arms coming out the side. ooh! i'm glad this was finally posted on lugnet. is this your first mecha? if so, i am floored! i love this mecha. it looks very lightweight and highly posable. red is always a great color for mecha. i really like the size of the shoulders and the (...) thanks ya'll for the input and kind words! props to you all for being an inspiration to me. posability is actually pretty good due largely in part to the minimal use of elements. this lends to a less heavier model overall and allows the joints more (...) Sheer beauty... That's my comment. Transforming things rule! Besides that, you captured the Transformer "feeling" well. Nope, the HULK have larger pecs then a stud at that scale, but at least he would have two :) To better explain, in your present version there is a 1 x 2 plate of some sort facing bottom out in the pec region. The uber-cool vulcan guns make another appearance! Yay! They look even better on this model. The design is (IMHO) somewhat unrealistic, but it's the frickin' cool sort of unrealistic. One of my guests "Mikey Middles" got into some of my Lego Saturday night. He's never built with Lego before. He had a blast, I had a blast and he built a sort of Skate-board/Transport for my Little Bots. Funny. He loves it. Not bad for a first timer (...) I have updated the gallery with a pic of HULK lifting a jeep (my closest military vehicle at the moment) but it too came out a bit blurry. Need to set up a tripod. I know (...) Me HULK. (URL) angry at military who want to kill HULK. HULK big and not afraid. HULK's 2nd and 3rd toes equal, so not only is HULK smart but STRONG. ;] HULK likes orange. no matter what i think about jama as mecha the moc is marvelous and monsterous :) cause i personaly don't like mechas at all i cannot judge jama in this field but as a robot (even if not really walking) i can say it's absolutely and completely great (...)
