Re: Let's get some Good Feedback - Brutal Honesty makes a better builder -

So alot has been going on I see. Great! I was up all night a few nights ago packing my Mecha for BW03 and it wiped me out. I think I have been sleeping for two days now. I feel alot better and I have been giving some thought to this thread as I have (...) (22 years ago, 9-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: CRITICIZE MY MECH AND PHOTOS, NOW!!!...!!!

Ok since you asked: Ol' Iron Balls says: Nooooo not .bmp's!!!!! noooooo! Use .jpgs!!!! Or I'll break your heat sinks! Legs are big, hands are unoriginal. Head is funky yet plausable. eh, doesn't do much for me. ...and yet I know the great and mighty (...) (22 years ago, 9-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: MOC: Articualted Power Exosuit.

Oh man! I like this Exosuit very much! Positives: The Front canopy is used in a very cool way. I love the arms becaause they look beefy and match the way the feet are made to a degree. The feet are so cool. Those large black slope parts are very (...) (22 years ago, 9-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Tony's LEGO Stuff v2.0

Instantaneous? Heck Ya! I hate waiting for pics to load, too impatient! I am glad to here that it loads fast. I'm still trickling through with a 28.8 connection, and I think it loads pretty fast, especially after you have the animation cached! (...)   Re: Tony's LEGO Stuff v2.0

Ah yes the intro flash has been corrected. I forgot to put a stop action at the end and to goto url command takes a few frames, so that is why the repeat occured. The flash at the top I am totally buzzed about. I gives you something to look at while (...) (22 years ago, 9-Feb-03, to lugnet.publish.html, lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

Re: You should all read this (was Re: We need a new curator)

Yeah, this ticks me off. I post a folder full of stuff, and I get plenty of praise but no real help or suggestions. Don't get me wrong, I like you guys, but I also want to learn from you. I don't see that happening right now, and it's a damn shame. (...) (22 years ago, 9-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: How to critique, was Re: We need a new curator

(...) These are words to live by! One of the first "MOC"s I uploaded to my Brickshelf folder was a "replica" of an early Mark Sandlin Lego Creation :^) which turned out horribly rainbowed! It was like Lego Building 101 for me. My piece assortment (...) (22 years ago, 9-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.general)
