In lugnet.build.mecha, Eric Sophie writes: Looking for Mechers to gather at the Pavillion in Legoland Carlsbad for Bricks West 2003.   Re: Jamocklaquat - The waters are still - a brief pause and analysis -

Thanks TJ and Thanks for Spotlighting the Technic Beast in the Cool MOCs section too, that really made me happy. I have just figured out a few deatils of its construction. We may see it completed sooner than I thought. I would love to bring it to (...) (22 years ago, 29-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.technic, lugnet.robotics)

  Re: custom decals

(...) Hmmm. Well, often when I need info on stuff like this, I harass people at traditional plastic modeling sites for information. A Google search will turn up a few. (URL) is a good site. BTW, if you read Japanese, I'd advise picking up a copy of (...) (22 years ago, 29-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Dang! 10 RCX! That's a lot of batteries :-) Have you invested in rechargeables? (...) That's quite a 'bot, and a serious building endeavor (plus a huge investment :-) I'm not really a mecha fan, but Jama is awesome just from a Technic/ (...)   Re: Jamocklaquat - The waters are still - a brief pause and analysis -

(...) The trusty Bathroom scale says 20 pounds. Thats without RCX. Wow, it seems like it would weigh more. Then again it's just the skeloton with very little exterior detail. Fully complete and 10 RCX laiden with batteries, we could be talking an (...) (22 years ago, 29-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.technic, lugnet.robotics)

  Re: New MOC: Micro Mech

Hey Matt, neat, I like all those little clips and connections. Check you out using thoses little Binoculars for a double joint system. Very cool. Good luck! e (22 years ago, 29-Dec-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New MOC: Micro Mech

That's actually pretty cool. The articulartion and 'transformation' is great, as is the piece usage and posability. The overall shape is nice, too. This is a nifty little MOC. Is this a permenant camera? It's not really that bad! ;) -JHK (22 years ago, 29-Dec-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

Jamocklaquat - The waters are still - a brief pause and analysis -

I have been getting some questions and I realized an update is in order. At this point in time construction on Jama has been halted. I intend to use the money and effort to goto Bricks West 2003 in California rather than spend it on Jama. So at this (...)   New MOC: Micro Mech

Hello, <and delurk, I guess> Anyway, after being inspired by some of the rather interesting mini renditions, I decided to try a hand at it myself, and I think the results are halfway decent. i've been searching lugnet in order to find out how to make custom decals for my lego creations (i think gunjin would look even cooler with a kanji symbol and a few numbers). what is the best program and paper to use for printing these things. i (...) Hi, Mark. Thank you for a feedback. Do you remember my former model? This time, I've tried to struggle with "ignored legs" problem. Whoa, nice. You are truly gifted at making small mecha. All the designs I have tried to build that hold a minifig inside have turned out larger and boxier than these. I really like how they are so small and detailed, but at the same time are very (...) (22 years ago, 27-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
