quick question, do the mechs have to be in minifig scale. big gun contest = 12" long gun, but the mech is in nanofig scale... ooooohhhhhhhh, I've been waiting for this one. I gots DA BIGGEST freaking gun would be totally lopsided if Klaupacius (bryan) entered one of his gundams, perhaps mecha/gun ratio would be good? That's my favorite category. DEFINATELY going to have to enter this... Awaiting rules, Lego bulk (...) (22 years ago, 30-Sep-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Here is my first attempt at a 'real' Mecha (URL) is not nearly as refined as most of what I see, but it does have folding wings. Here is a bunch of miscelaneous small craft. Yeah the hover coils were originally supposed to be a big multicoloured mess (black, red, blue and tan) but I decided that it definitely looks cooler when they're mostly the same colour. I have mulling over the idea of a mecha contest in my head for a few days now. I would really like to host it, and I can get my hands on some LEGO prizes for the winners.
