(...) definitally make these models something to look at both from far away and upclose. I am also amazed by how often you seem to produce models. Do you keep your models together once you've photographed them? Or do you take them apart to work on (...) (23 years ago, 3-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New MOC: Z-22 Mobile Defence Platform

(...) Heh... Thanks Pat! (...) I could have gone into a lot more detail about every part on this mecha, but I know that many people don't like reading through lots of text just to get a few things straight (such as what the weapons are, etc.). So I (...) (23 years ago, 3-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New MOC: Z-22 Mobile Defence Platform

Mladen, long time to speak (hrmm, I mean write) Nice work on this latest mecha. You are slowly moving in the direction of elegence over power or utility (not that power or utility is bad, just noticed a slight design ethos evolution in your models). (...)   Re: New transforming space ship

Thanks Bryce. I'm glad you picked up on that. Besides for the folding body and swinging legs (both of which are in every transforming ship I know of) the rest was all original. Everything was carefully planned and drawn out before building. The real (...) (23 years ago, 3-Jan-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New transforming space ship

Thanks Stuart. I'm not a huge fan of transformers so the design challenge is what I was really after. v2.0 might be a while, or maybe not. Pat J (...) (23 years ago, 3-Jan-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New transforming space ship

Thanks Bobby. I'm not really a big fan of transformers either, but I really was interested in the challenge. I dont think it would be to hard to make some design changes to the current model to get the mecha mode to look better. I'm not really sure (...)   Re: THE FOUNDRY . . .

(...) Sorry about that. The instructions are still under developement. The big problem is I'm a perfectionist and I want the instructions for this model to be flawless. Making instructions for this has gone from a good effort into an all out, full (...) (23 years ago, 3-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) absolutely gigantic! My camera can do 1600 but I take my pictures at 1024. I like to take pictures at one level above what I'll actually use. Sun, I want a VF-15 Valkyrie. Or at least the instructions. When I went to your shop on brickbay, it wasn't there. I really want to build one myself. How do I get the instructions? John (...) (23 years ago, 3-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: THE FOUNDRY . . .

(...) Nice site layout! Very clean and crisp. I am not a mecha builder, I'm a castle head. I were looking for others to see your site. I liked your ideas of articles. Nice one on picture taking tips! I use a 4x3 3/8" sheet of pine for my backdrop. (...) (23 years ago, 3-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: THE FOUNDRY . . .

We're not worthy! Or at least I'm not. :-) Anyways, I have a question. For all your pics, did you have to manually mask out the background with photoshop or is the white background allready a perfect white? I have tried, but my white backgrounds (...)   Re: New MOC: Z-22 Mobile Defence Platform

(...) Hiya Bryce, Thanks for the praise! Yup, this mecha sure did end up looking sleeking. I'm glad; I hate it when areas end up looking dull. Judging from the replies, the cockpit ended up good. Great! School... ARGH! Yes, I gotta go back on (...) (23 years ago, 3-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
