Re: Evangelion - was: MS-06 Zaku Production at the Foundry

(...) Sounds good to me. (...) Lucky you! It's only thee hours ago that it came to me, that I have no Eva models and hardly any pictures of Evas on my computer! (...) It was on KTEH here in the Bay Area last few weeks. It's a good thing they showed (...) (23 years ago, 3-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Evangelion - was: MS-06 Zaku Production at the Foundry

(...) Really you're working on one too? This is awesome, we'll probably have to compare notes at some time. :) I was talking to Chris Snead last week and Evangelion came up in our converstation. I'd been meaning to build one for a while but it was (...) (23 years ago, 3-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New Mecha, The Rf-79 Tiger

(...) I love the idea to have an internal frame for a mech so relatively small. I also love the missile rack and the whole thing reminds me of a Neo-Zion mobile suit that I have seen somewhere. The colors of the model are simply great and the thing (...) (23 years ago, 3-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: MS-06 Zaku Production at the Foundry

(...) Nice! (...) No need for stickers :) (...) It is a Deathscythe Hell Prototype (all six shoulder mounted armor plates missing and no backpack). This is the mech that I have been talking about for a while now. It has no technic parts or click (...) (23 years ago, 3-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New Mecha, The Rf-79 Tiger

(...) Thanks Sun! (...) Thanks, :-) It's just a great bit of (...) :-) Yes do, it takes a while to figure out how to do it, but the results are rewarding. :-) (...) Yes there are, in the shoulders here: (URL) arms aren't that impressive, but what (...) (23 years ago, 2-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New Mecha, The Rf-79 Tiger

(...) I like the whole removable armor option very much. It's just a great bit of extra detail to add. I've tried to do that on my mechs but not as elegantly as you have done on the tiger. I guess I'll have to play with it some more. One question (...) (23 years ago, 2-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: MS-06 Zaku Production at the Foundry

(...) Yeah all the doors slide open including the ones for the little people. I was thinking about motorizing the big one but then there was really no point to doing that cause I'll be bustin the whole thing up next week. I have a pic with the door (...)   Re: MS-06 Zaku Production at the Foundry

(...) The website is pretty much done. I'm just waiting to complete more content in the way of articles and most importantly mechs. It's just a matter of how much stuff I want to prepare for the grand opening. (...) What's next? 1. A big group shot (...) (23 years ago, 2-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New Mecha, The Rf-79 Tiger

(...) Yikes I didn't even see that likeness! I only used Gundams as my inspiration though, wonder how that came about, the likeness is pretty durn close. ;-) So what did you think of the mecha itself? C'ya! -Geordan- (who's still thirsting for (...) (23 years ago, 1-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
