You got it all wrong. An MAP is only one specific mecha, it is not a class. In the anime movie _Appleseed_ Shirow Masumane made a whole new class of mecha called mobile platforms. One MP can be seen near the end. My MAP and MSP are mobile platforms, (...) (23 years ago, 31-May-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

I'm not familiar with too many mechs from show, RPGs etc. It sort of reminds me of the Ice Spider Tanks from War Planets/Shadow Raiders. A CGI cartoon (...) (...) If you want a real beam of light, i know of thin neon tubes that might fit the bill. They sell them for radio controlled cars and are powered by a 9v battery. it should be the appropriate size for your gundam and cast a nice glow to the (...) (23 years ago, 31-May-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
