You got it all wrong. An MAP is only one specific mecha, it is not a class.
In the anime movie _Appleseed_ Shirow Masumane made a whole new class of mecha
called mobile platforms. One MP can be seen near the end. My MAP and MSP are
mobile platforms, but they all have different functions.
MAP: Mobile Assault Platform
MSP: Mobile Support Platform
And I will probably build a third one, called a MDP (Mobile Defence Platform).
Your mecha, Geordan, is neither one, because it is not developed by the
Blacktronian mecha manufactures (therefore does not have a weapon of mass
destruction such as MY railgun, which the Blacktronians are only capable of
making) and because it is not a support mecha.

| Sheesh I'm pretty slow, I've been replying to these posts since I got home from school and I just figured out that maybe I should watch this movie "appleseed" before I start rambling on about how my mecha works and it's name etc. Is it downloadable (...) (25 years ago, 1-Jun-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
