About the Joint connections, I use worm gears, turntables and Technic girders to achive the conections, if I make a small prototype I use black friction pegs. I hope you one day build a large (...) (...) Jot that down as another d'oh from me (and it's not even noon yet). I meant "greebles". :-, Greebles are all the tiny little pieces of stuff that model makers put on spaceships, etc. to give the illusion of detail from a distance. An example (...)   Re: Jeremy Sproat

(...) FASA acquires and recycles designs from anime. This is the Macross original J.S. was emulating: (URL) think FASA also has a clone of this other mech, which is pretty lame since it was designed to accomodate a 50 foot giant Zentradi: (URL) (24 years ago, 21-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Jeremy Sproat

(...) Actually, the "Warhammer" was a design lifted from the Robotech series, which was in turn lifted from several Anime series. The "Raidar X" mecha was one of 13 (IIRC) designs FASA was forced to 'give back' to the company that produced Robotech. (...) (24 years ago, 21-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
