Well, I've felt inspried this week by a couple of different things. First, but the mechcommander page-specifically, the shadowcat. Secondly, by Bryce McGlone's Big Blue, and finally, by a gentleman I worked with until this week. He's just gotten (...) Hi Dave. The reason all of this has gotten cheaper and more available is the promotion linked to Gundam Wing, which has been showing on Cartoon Network. Not quite on-topic, but I thought it was worth mentioning. My local TRU has a bunch of smallish Gundam model kits for sale @ about $8.00. Thanks. It's gone through some additional modifications, but I'm not sure these are permanent. Regardless, I'm pleased with the overall look of the model. Nice additions Travis! I think I like this mecha even more than the first time I saw it on your website and slowly went through the .DAT file. This started off as my Soldier design with feet added. I then added stuff to the torso, which led to changes to the legs. Well, I decided to give up on the shoulder boosters and the huge shield and just post my latest gundam as is. It's 15.5" tall, and very stable, even more so than my Zaku (which was only 12" tall). Yeah, that's how my Mirage's and Striker's legs are mounted too... Hmmm... Thanks Jay! Yeah, definitely by limiting yourself to using specific pieces and only a couple of colours you really start thinking more about how you want to use each piece.
