Nice additions Travis! I think I like this mecha even more than the first time
I saw it on your website and slowly went through the .DAT file. I think your
mecha has one of the coolest torso's I've ever seen; I just love the hatch and
the lights and weapons on it.

Regarding the colour sceme: "Yes I'm not alone!"; I too do this when building
some of my "larger" models (Mirage), but recently, I just dump the same
coloured pieces on the floor and build from them, which is slightly more of a
challenge and tons of fun! ;-)

Great model modifications Travis, can't wait for the .DAT file!

This started off as my Soldier design with feet added.  I then
added stuff to the torso, which led to changes to the legs.  I keep
making changes to it, which I suppose is a the drawback and
advantage to having the model actually in your hands.  Once I've forced
myself to stop changing it, I'll clean up the dat files and generate
some CAD images.  It's tentivaly called the Trooper, but I have to come
up with a better name than that one.

The images which have a "2" in the name have a newer set of legs.

Sorry about the color scheme.  When testing ideas, I work with what
I've got.

Thanks. It's gone through some additional modifications, but I'm not sure these are permanent. Regardless, I'm pleased with the overall look of the model. However, I think my model pales in view of the awesome designs that have been showing up. (...) (24 years ago, 15-Sep-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)
