more shots of the mechs from my dropship

I promised more pics of the team of mechs from my dropship, and here they are: (URL) I'm afraid I'm better at building them than naming or photographing them, but here goes: Striker--At 60 tons, the Striker is one of the smaller Heavy mechs. (...) Well, if the sheep had boots, they'd be quaking in them now. I really like this one, Jon. Especially the big clunky boots and the hunched shoulders. We also mocked up an arm in the lab and found that it has an impressive range of motion. (...) (20 years ago, 25-Apr-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Hey Peter, I have been checking out your work on Brickshelf too! Thank you for the kind words. I visited you MOCpages and left reviews. Gotta love MOCpages, Brickshelf and LUGNET heh? Wow Jon, your an awesome Artist, that graphic is just too cool. I really like it. The nifty bot is nifty indeed. You once again have created a cool bot with your signiture personnality. kudos. e (20 years ago, 24-Apr-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Beware the Big White Robot...

Pete, I'm usually not into robots/mecha but this made me go "whoa". :) Awesome job. I'd love to get instructions to make my own. :) I like how the head is repeated on the arms but it seems to make them a little too long. I think the arms would look (...)   Pictures of sexy new robots...

Hello, my Mecha building friends, Eric, I've seen your stuff before...knew your work before I knew your name...I'm surely not the first person to say 'damn Eric, those robots are huge'...an unoriginal sentiment perhaps, but from the heart...good (...) SNIP (...) i've crossposted this to microscale, because im sure they'll appreciate a microscale mech. so, how kind do you want me to be? i love the arms and if i had any skeletons im sure they'd be armless by now! Rob (20 years ago, 24-Apr-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: PCS ROBRIQ

(...) Without the round 1x1 brick or cone, they're very flexible. If you put a head on top of a 5-stud brick and put these arms on the sides, the guy can salute or even drink a cup of coffee.   Re: PCS ROBRIQ

(...) Schweet. Really cool feet/legs. I've been trying to figure out something similar for awhile - you're giving me some good ideas. And the arms are pretty nice - how much range of motion does that pull off? Slick. (URL) (20 years ago, 23-Apr-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  PCS ROBRIQ

While much of the JUSTICE budget has gone to the Star Rangers to counter the constant EB/JE/TERRIBLE/3VIL/...EVIL/SHEEP threat, a portion of funds have gone to the civilian PCS sector.   Re: First MOC post--minifig scale dropship

Hey Kyle, I like your take on a mecha dropship, I think its an area that hasn't been explored enough, and it combines .mecha and .space nicely...like peanutbutter and chocolate.
