I promised more pics of the team of mechs from my dropship, and here they are:
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=80716
Im afraid Im better at building them than naming or photographing them, but
here goes:
Striker--At 60 tons, the Striker is one of the smaller Heavy mechs. Optimized
for quick, short range battles, the jumpjet-equipped Stirker mounts an
autocannon in each arm and a short range missile battery in each shoulder.
Lacking energy weapons, the Striker pilot has no choice but to retreat when ammo
is exhausted.
Longshot--Often teamed with the Striker, the Longshot fields a pair of particle
projection cannons (PPCs) and a pair of long range missile racks, making it the
sniper of the lance.
Ronin--Fast and agile, the 35 ton Ronin mounts a large pulse laser in each arm
and a flamer on the center torso. Good for extended battles against power
armor, vehicles and aircraft, the Ronin lacks sufficient armor or firepower to
take on larger mechs.
Hunter--A good all-purpose mech, the 45-ton Hunter carries a trio of lasers in
its right arm and a missle launcher in its left, with a laser anti-missle system
in the center torso.
Power Armor--These are slightly modified versions of Karim Nassers MI-88B
Lightfoot.
Theres more to come...

| Hey, I ment to comment on your drop ship. Congrats, not many, if any have been built, plus they actually carry Mecha to boot! Cool stuff, I'd like to see more! To tell you the truth I have always wanted to make a Drop Ship. You-da-man! e (21 years ago, 30-Apr-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
