town contest - voting thoughts —Bruce Hietbrink
Hi all, How did you approach voting for the town contest? I'm not looking for what models you voted for (we'll know the winners soon enough), but for your approach. Since we had to cast only three votes overall, rather than voting within each (...) (23 years ago, 1-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.contests)

(...) Yes Bruce, you pointed out a very interesting discussion-theme, I guess. I'll try to tell you....I'm sorry in advance for my poor English..... In my case, I selected 3 types. 1: A highly skilled reappearance of unique reality by LEGOLAND-scale (...) (23 years ago, 1-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.contests)

Re: town contest - voting thoughts —Kevin Wilson
Bruce Hietbrink wrote in message ... (...) <snip> I appreciate everyone's thoughts on the voting method. I agree that it would be very hard to choose just three models to vote for. (Lucky me, I didn't have to choose :-) ) As you probably realise, I (...) (23 years ago, 2-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.contests)

Re: town contest - voting thoughts —Erin Windross
First seems to be a pretty much no brainer to have won. Although second is an interesting choice... -- Erin (...) (23 years ago, 2-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.contests)

Re: town contest - voting thoughts —Bruce Hietbrink
(...) I'd say one vote in each category plus one to cast for overall winner, but I reallize that that makes vote tallying more cumbersome. I wasn't complaining about the method, btw, just trying to see how others approached this decision. There were (...) (23 years ago, 2-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.contests)
