I had this same problem some months back when building my alien whose head is
made of these things.  The Alien was going to be much bigger, when I realized
it was no go.  Then I just built him with Throwbot parts. Sad, but true.

Nice job! I never saw this... why in the world do you never announce/show

Guess I am. I think I'll take Bram's suggestion to leave a gap... but the wall
is between a room and an open-air balcony, so that kina defeats the purpose.

(Now where's Rich S. to talk about some TYCO arches that can be modified to
fit in that gap?)
