I've run into the same problem myself.  Maybe at some point LEGO will create
that missing arch, but I don't think they have.  You could leave the curved
opening, or you could add a second row with the medium arch stragetically moved
forward and up to cover the gap.

(since this is .arch, it's only natural that there should be arch questions here, no? ;-) While building my 5571, early this year, my eye caught on one specific design using arches: (the yellow frame in this step: (URL) thought that using a few (...) (24 years ago, 19-Jun-00, to lugnet.build.arch)
