9th train show of the FGLTC ended a few hours ago...

Dear Lego®-Enthusiasts, our 9th public show took place in Muelheim (somewhat north of Cologne) today. It was the so far biggest event (at least concerning visitors count). And we have seen lots of nice new models. For eg here are a few of the (...) (22 years ago, 14-Apr-02, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.space) !!

  Re: Warehouse Detailing

(...) The other suggestions in this thread are all great (I love the LoM Fan idea!). I would also consider an occasional drain pipe or electrical conduit -maybe just a stack of 1X1 rounds or 2X2 rounds connecting the roof to a sloped "spout" at the (...)   Re: Warehouse Detailing

Well having installed Warehouse control systems for the first 5 years of my career I had a chance to see a lot of Warehouses... Modern Warehouses can be pretty borring, there is no getting around that but at least one side of the building should be (...) (23 years ago, 29-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.build)

  Re: Warehouse Detailing

(...) I know you're not interested in putting signs on the walls, but how about spots where signs used to be and have been incompletely scraped off? A couple of big roughly-rectangular stains of light gray, yellow, or tan, might work. Other nice (...) (23 years ago, 29-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.build)
