Hey Brendan,
Great installments as always. My (belated) comments:
Samuel is born - I like Elkanahs customizedite hairpiece quite a lot. In the
second pic Im a little creeped out by the two smallest kids, though - with all
that tan around them they look like disembodied heads to me. That head-as-body
trick works well for a wrapped-up baby, but not so well for bigger kids, IMO. I
like the temple of Yahweh a lot - was there a reason why you used older white
bricks? The way you did the legs in the 3-year-old bull is a nice idea.
Corrupt priests - Good head choices for Elis sons. Those little mustaches
always looked kinda sleazy to me. In the second pic it kind of looks as if the
priest is naked while picking out his meat. The wrap made of the cape and
rubber band is neat, though, when you can finally see it.
Messenger boy of doom - I agree, those temple furnishings are really nice. How
is Samuels wrap held on, btw? Its a nice effect to have God get more and more
obvious with each time he called.
Philistines capture the Ark - How did the priests get the ark out of the temple?
It looks too wide for the door. I like the perspective on So the Philistines
fought a lot, also a nice pose for the broken neck of Eli.
