(...) While I was living out in Seattle, a friend's mom told me that when she was a teenager, they packed 13 highschoolers into a Beetle. I look at my '72... and just can't see it... my '00 New Beetle, maybe..it has far more room (thank God). (...) (23 years ago, 15-Jun-01, to lugnet.build)

While I was sorting, I came across arches and couldn't stop the fenders flashing through my head without building a Beetle at the same scale as my other cars. As always, the doors open.
