Very cool...I like it =8^)

The most fun of course was the rook which is my newest "super" microfig
scale 3 donjon japanese castle.  Microfigs have grown on me since I
made some for my Great Wall of China microfig village backdrop.

I will say that micro-fig scale is growing on me, as well...  I like the
subtle difference between the red + blue roof desgns.

Special thanks to Marc Nelson, Jr. who graciously shared his nagatina
construction idea.  Lugnet is full of such nice people.
This chess set will probably be appearing in a brickbay shop near you
soon !
KK

Marc's nagatina is elegant in its simplicity...I think the inclusion of this
weapon in your chess set is a great touch.

I like the variation in the Kneeling princesses too...I actually just found
a couple of hairpieces like the ones you used.  I'll have to experiment with
those elements now...lol

Ultimately, I think your chess set is an EXCELLENT addition to your Ninja
theme creations.  I like the subtle differences in your chess pieces.  I
could see building one for myself now.  There are a wide variety of "custom"
pieces that could be added or substituted over time.  Heck, you can keep
"remaking" the individual chess pieces indefinitely, freshening up the set
whenever you desire...

                 Thanks for sharing,
