The other day I was looking through my collection of minifig tools, which
I don´t use too much, BTW. As most people will have realized, most of
these tools are much too large for minifig scale. I.e. the walkie-talkie,
which is almost as long as the figure itself.
Anyway, it occured to me that most of these tools are virtually perfect
for the Technic figure scale! It´s a pity, though, that the Technic
figure can´t hold any of these. They can, though, if you use a half pin
with stud as an adaptor; put the tool into the hole in the pin, and the
Technic figure can hold the pin.
Are there anyone out there who has actually made some models to the
Technic figure scale, BTW? Personally, I have made a few vehicles, but
nothing more. I had an idea once to make some space models for the Technic
figure scale, but I failed to see any interesting Technic functions I could
implement in a small space ship. Any ideas? And what does a space ship
look like, anyway?
