- that's all the newer technic I have, tho. :)

I do find that worm gears nowadays slide on axles as if they were worm
gears. I had one worm gear from before the Dark Ages, which sjhould be
from 87 or older, thereabouts, and tht one sits (relatively) tightly
on the axle.

cross axle 1x2's, which pretty well cement themselves to any other piece
