At least, they are when they're wearing skirts, because the 2x2s2 slope used for skirts is slightly taller than the minifig leg element (without the elongated studs of course). Maybe there are (...) I think the 2.75 bricks/meter value was fairly closely correlated from Star Wars sets, though I'm not entirely sure when that happened. I think the sizes of the A- Wing and (...)
