To sum up, there's 2.75 bricks per meter, thus there are 4.125 bricks per
1.5
meters.  If you want to fudge a little to make the conversion simpler, 4
bricks per 1.5 meters is probably close enough.

This looks fine other than I'm a little concerned with your average height
being 6'.  Actual average height for men is 5'8", actual for women is 5'4".
Since minifig men and women are the same height, this should probably average
to 5'6".  This gives a scale of about 3 bricks per meter at minifig scale.

Yes, but minifigs are long-agreed to be waaaaaay out of scale in the lego
world. Look at them by themselves, their legs are out of proportion to their
bodies (human legs are 1/2 the whole body) and their heads much too large.

So when considering scale, it's better (sometimes) to ignore minifigs, like
Gary does. Personally, though, I love minifigs and so I ignore scales while
trying to construct their buildings.

But minifig women are *taller* than minifig men!  At least, they are when
they're wearing skirts, because the 2x2s2 slope used for skirts is
slightly taller than the minifig leg element (without the elongated studs
of course). Maybe there are high heels under those skirts?

Ouch! These are really *high* heels, then, and they never take them off?!
Believe me, walking on high-heels hurts a lot, as does standing... don't see
how they can manage. ;-)
