To sum up, there's 2.75 bricks per meter, thus there are 4.125 bricks per 1.5
meters.  If you want to fudge a little to make the conversion simpler, 4
bricks per 1.5 meters is probably close enough.

This looks fine other than I'm a little concerned with your average height
being 6'.  Actual average height for men is 5'8", actual for women is 5'4".
Since minifig men and women are the same height, this should probably average
to 5'6".  This gives a scale of about 3 bricks per meter at minifig scale.

But minifig women are *taller* than minifig men!  At least, they are when

slightly taller than the minifig leg element (without the elongated studs
of course). Maybe there are high heels under those skirts?
