I'm eyeing other uses. Along with the side-clip pieces that have been
accumulating, my opinion of these too-common parts is going up.

That is exactly the effect I used on my capitals on the Temple of Technic. You
can see it if you look real closely. At this time I cannot remember if I used
the older/thinner ones on them or the newer thicker one, (IIRC I used both,
but used the thinner ones to the outside because It had a better affect IMHO).
