John, the curved pieces are from the starwars dessert skif, No I did not drill
the muzzel break out, although I am thinking about doing so!! I have just
posted pics of a WW2 U-boat and I am currently working on a Soviet WW2 T-34/85
tank....I hope people don't get sick of all these WW2 models!!!

Wow!  This is the absolutely best lego tank model I have ever seen.  It's
one thing to have good detail on the outside of a model but to perfect it in
the inside as well is sure genious.  I'm definitly inspired to finally build
a WWII tank now that I've seen that it can actually be done.  I have a few
questions for you.

1) Where on earth did you find the grey curved maccaroni shaped lego pieces
used in the back corners of the turret?
2) I assume the end of the cannon has no hole for the shell to exit because
you used a technic t-shaped axile joint.  You never show the end of the
cannon in any of the pictures so is that true or did you drill it out?

I can't wait to see your work again in the future!

John Warren
