| A while back I swear someone posted something about making a rose window. Unfortunatly I no longer have this post. I'm in the later stages of constructing a space ship thats about 220 studs long that has the architectural elements of a gothic (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.build)

| (...) Hello, I have built a Gothic Cathedral that had three different rose windows. I just used different patterns of clear and regular bricks to create the windows. To help in designing the windows, I drew the patterns on Lego scale graph paper (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.build)

| Thanks for the advice! I'll let you know how the progress is going. Thats also a good idea about the white instead of the black for the "lead" between the glass. I'll most likely compromise with grey because the out side is made up of grey,black,and (...) (25 years ago, 4-Dec-99, to lugnet.build)

| (...) Jon, I think that may have been me talking about how to put bricks on the side to make lettering and round shapes. I was talking about using the 5:6 ratio of Lego to "round out" the sides of the window and make it look more round. An alternate (...) (25 years ago, 16-Dec-99, to lugnet.build)
