Hello,
I have built a Gothic Cathedral that had three different rose windows. I just
used different patterns of clear and regular bricks to create the windows. To
help in designing the windows, I drew the patterns on Lego scale graph paper
before building them. It's not that easy to get intricate details though. Your
idea to use the 1x1 clear and black bricks for a window sounds like a good one
to me. If you used white bricks instead of black ones, the different colors of
the window would be easier to see.

| Thanks for the advice! I'll let you know how the progress is going. Thats also a good idea about the white instead of the black for the "lead" between the glass. I'll most likely compromise with grey because the out side is made up of grey,black,and (...) (25 years ago, 4-Dec-99, to lugnet.build)
