as always, i am in awe of your work, eric. your mecha alone demand the utmost
respect from all sorts of lego afficianados. but this base...OMG! i cant
imagine how many legos, how much time, and how much work goes into that thing.
its huge! i especially like the transparent blue ceiling. one thing, though:
where are the minifigs? shouldnt they be standing around working on something,
or are they on a little r & r? oh yeah, i need a little clarification on the
modular thing. i assume its supposed to connect with other modular creations
of the same scale. but when is this supposed to happen? are all modular models
supposed to be connected at one point, or is it just the idea that they can
connect that appeals to lego-heads? just curious. fantastic work!

| (...) Hey buddy! Thank you for the kind words. I spent about 35 hours working on it. The first 24 in a row. I do that sometimes when I can see the end product. There are actually 35 mini-figs within the Moonbase. They are on all different levels (...) (21 years ago, 19-Aug-03, to lugnet.build, FTX)
