Is Lego Going Downhill?

I think LEGO is nearing it's untimely demise of great fun that it used to
be. Sure, some sets are cool right now, some are lame. The custom
minifigures was a great idea, but they stopped. Holy shiznik, TLG it's
starting to lose the nostalgic feel that it always had. Then again, maybe
I'm just older and losing interest... but there is one thing that is
bothering me about the line so far...


NO... NEW... THEMES. Yeah. We have no new themes for 2002. Just
continuations of the previous lines. I think Lego is running out of ideas.

What are your thoughts on the current situation?
