Dude that kick ass. Very nice. The lettering aspect totally makes the piece.
FWIW, I've found if you pre-dither an image (in Photoshop or whatever) to the
number of levels the mosaic will be in, you'll get really nice gradients that
reduce the 'blockiness' of a mosaic.
