Nice jet! Very sleek, realistic while minimal, and quite a plausible idea.
Sculpturally it works very, very well. Good job.
The box idea is also cool. I read about the guy from Poland who created an
art exhibit of Nazi Death Camps in LEGO which he had "merchandised" in LEGO
boxes he had designed. I always like to see MOCs presented as a real LEGO
set, because it sort of legitimizes them and shows off the whole realm of
visual presentation involved in building and selling LEGO. (Yes, yes, yes,
I know there are copyright concerns; these can be addressed -- please, no
one give me a lecture on that.)
About the jet, may I offer my ideas? I think it could use just a tiny, tiny
bit of color or something to help define its shape, like a slender trailing
edge in another color, or -- perhaps -- a light or two on the inner sides of
the tail fins. Perhaps substitute the 1x4 (it is 4, isn't it?) sloped nose
piece with a Clear one to create the illusion of a cockpit window without
altering the size or design.

| (...) Oooo I might try a different colored "nose pieces" Red,Yellow, to see if I can get a color scheme like that. Maybe I can come up with a "Blue Angel" style color scheme. Should be pretty easy. Thanks Paul for the ideas! Now if they made LDraw (...) (22 years ago, 18-Jan-02, to lugnet.build)
