(...) a (...) I used the aquazone yellow 2x2x2.3? hex column pieces that have a 2x4 set of studs on the side. I used 4 of these. There were 2 in the front of the "bay" window, and one at each edge. Surprisingly enough, the structure was quite (...) (24 years ago, 3-Jul-00, to lugnet.aquazone, lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

(...) Whoah, that's tall! It's also very creative, using those space domes like a huge bay window kinda thing. How did you mount them sideways? Alan (24 years ago, 3-Jul-00, to lugnet.aquazone, lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

  Re: Marine Research Institute

(...) Thanks! It was approximately 4 feet high. Believe it or not, I was actually able to move the entire structure! I had to construct it elsewhere, and then lift it over the railroad tracks into the position you see in the photos. If you've ever (...)   Marine Research Institute

I have created a 16 story marine research building incorporating many aquazone and space parts. Some of you may recognize the lower sections as my older Aquarium building. Here is the link to the new pictures: (URL) is the link to my main web page: (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jul-00, to lugnet.aquazone, lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

  My site has moved

I am physically in the process of moving, so I've had to move my LEGO web site to a new server. Please use the following new link: (URL) LUGNET CLSOTW reference already points to this new link.   Re: A couple figs from legend

Thanks to all! Praise is inspirational :-) yes, there's more to come. The rearing horse is done with a plate hinge - I've posted the DAT file here. (URL) also put a 1x2 plate under his feet so it looks like he's standing in the saddle, and allows (...) (24 years ago, 2-Jul-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

Re: Which set has 2x8 bricks in orange?

(replying to my own posts again) I didn't see Mr. Neal's offer in the other thread, (not trying to underbid etc.) Let me know if you still are "in the market". :?) bishop bishop wrote in message ... (...) (24 years ago, 1-Jul-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build, lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Re: Which set has 2x8 bricks in orange?

Tom, What would you want to offer/trade for the 4 orange 2x8's ? :?) bishop (I also have some bulk black and red available if that helps, shipping-cost-efficiency-wise (ok, I also have tons of other odd lots too)) Let me know your thoughts...   Re: New Model: "Elephant" Rapid Interstellar Transport

(...) You could always just put up the images on brickshelf, and use those on pages posted on a Netcom acccount, since it's the images that really eat up the space. Alan (24 years ago, 1-Jul-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

(...) :) How did you get the horse to rear up? (...) I most certainly do like them, and I can't wait to see more! :) I also like the Castle you posted to Brickshelf a short while ago! Keep up the good work! Jeff (24 years ago, 1-Jul-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

Re: New Model: "Elephant" Rapid Interstellar Transport

Thanks, Duane! The stair truck was actually an accident, you see I was half way done building the craft, and realized that an extendable ramp would be too bulky and Military-like. But, I really like how it turned out! Thanks again! BTW I'm entering (...) (24 years ago, 1-Jul-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

I love the retractable legs, and doing them in yellow is a great touch too! Are those printed "hazard" tiles available in yellow? It's a shame if they're not. Mladen Pejic wrote in message ... (...) (24 years ago, 1-Jul-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)
