  CLSOTW

Congrats Mladen! With the amount and quality of stuff you build, you certainly deserve CLSOTW. It's great that you decided that POV-Ray wasn't so bad after all :) --Bram (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Need Help!!!

(...) Heh. I tackled this just recently when thinking of things for Mark's space contest. Being a generous soul, I'll share my thoughts: I used 2 technic turntables, each studs "out" from the centre. I joined them with a robust technic frame - now (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.build)

Re: KEN-TUCKY WORKS has been updated

Are those Technic piston guides on the tank barrels? If so, tat may be the coolest use for those pieces that I've ever seen! I love your use of pieces to disguise other pieces. Great job. I'll be adding this to my links page.... -Dave (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

New starfighter & mech @ Moonbase Io

Q: What do you get when you cross a B5 Starfury with a T.I.E. Interceptor? A: D'Kareth's new personal starfighter- the Quadstar. See it on the new D'Kareth's Starfighter page. Also, check out the "Thor" Heavy Mech on the new Venusian Heavy Mechs (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Ben, I agree with you completely on the evolution of the minifigs! I couldn't have said it any better. Gary Istok (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build, lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.general)

  Re: More LEGO rocket cars!

John, I will try a square frame next time (tonight?). Like the page mentioned, we noticed a right-swerve tendency when we pushed it, so we should have known what would happen. Even the tires not being on quite right could cause it to swerve. If I (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.build)

Re: New Model - "Owl" AG Transport Craft

(...) Nothing new yet. I've had a lot of great starts, but haven't been able to follow through with anything. I've been fighting a case of builders block. -Duane (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

  Re: Car Dealership

(...) a (...) stereotype (...) Beta- (...) up. I think that symbol is a front view of a LEGO steering wheel, so I doubt it means much. But it would lean more towards the driving school vs. a dealership. I think I would think twice about buying one (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.build.arch)

Re: New Model - "Owl" AG Transport Craft

Thanks, Nick. Actually this ship resembles Jeremy Sproat's amazing "Baby Roc" Troop Transport: (URL) I really hate/dislike, when my models end up similar to other peoples; like this model, I never intended to make it an AG Craft and a Troop (...) (...) And the correct answer is: A: None of your business! As far as you know, I'm paying cash because I already arranged financing somewhere else, and oh, by the way, the amount I arranged is also none of your business, although you can figure it (...)   Re: Car Dealership

(...) I always saw the huge showroom window as more of a parking space for the car. You would think that lego could have used its "showroom" window piece that was available at the time(as seen in 6375 Exxon Gas Station in clear and 6970 Beta- 1 (...)   Re: New Model - "Owl" AG Transport Craft

(...) Thanks a lot, Joseph. Can you believe that the only reason I built the sliding doors was because I saw and read on your website how you wanted to make a LEGO Bell-Huey but still haven't achieved your desired goal... Well consider my model a (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

Re: New Model - "Owl" AG Transport Craft

Thanks Pat, regarding the troops, if I made a larger cabin, it would have looked too big and awkward. Anyway, the main goal of this models, was A) make sliding doors, B) make a nice, attractive VTOL that looks fasts, and is (...) (24 years ago, 20-Jun-00, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)
