Is there anybody in America due to visit LEGOLAND California soon. I’m replicating and building for my pleasure the Bust Sculptures of famous people that can be seen at the LEGOLAND parks. It may (...) David, you continue to astound me. Absolutely awesome. To think it is boring is completely absurd--might actually be your best yet in my opinion. Here are a few pics of my Northwest Artifact (Totem Pole). It is 6 feet tall, has a 7-1/2 foot wingspan and uses about 20,000 bricks and plates. The technology I developed to enable such massive (and thin) wings is called Plywood and Staples. The (...) (18 years ago, 12-Oct-06, to lugnet.build.sculpture, FTX) !!

Impressive! I have never even attempted a sculpture (I feel like an dinosaur on Lugnet now ; ) but this still looks very tricky...
