Re: New Space Moc - Amazing Stories

(...) Thanks Ross, and shoot forgot to post it there, thanks. As well it should be called Wonder Stories not Amazing Stories. Oh well. Janey "Its too late to think, Red Brick" (18 years ago, 9-May-06, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

Re: New Space Moc - Amazing Stories

(...) Very nice, Janey. I especially like the radial greebling underneath, but you've managed to capture the feel of a city in microscale very well. ROSCO (Added .build.microscale) (18 years ago, 9-May-06, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

Re: Stereograms of my Space and Vignette MOCs

Re: Stereograms of my Space and Vignette MOCs

(...) That's really great! And being busy is something I completely understand - I can't say that I have relaxed:-) This thread brought up the use of vignettes for stereograms, which is another really neat possibilty. Looking forward to your pix! (...) (18 years ago, 8-May-06, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

Re: Stereograms of my Space and Vignette MOCs

--SNIP-- (...) Hi Joe, I've not forgotten you asked me to do that a while back. I've just been completely busy with other things.   Re: Stereograms of my Space and Vignette MOCs

(...) I'll need to take a look at these tonight - whatis potentially neat about stereograms is that the scalee can be manipulated by changing the distance between cameras - the wider the gap the smaller the scale. i want to see pics done with a (...)   Re: Stereograms of my Space and Vignette MOCs

(...) True, it's usually nice to have both. It's too bad that you lose so much detail with most parallel views, though, since most people's eyes don't diverge beyond a certain distance. (...) I think Todd did these long ago-- he actually is the one (...) (18 years ago, 8-May-06, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

Re: Stereograms of my Space and Vignette MOCs

(...) Cool! Another recommendation would be to make these parallel-view stereograms - those can viewed through a stereoscope, or by a person who stares past the art...the eyes need to be parallel. Thanks! I've been wondering when someone would be (...) (18 years ago, 8-May-06, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

I'm not announcing any particular MOC, but I've just updated my BS Gallery with steriograms (those 3-d eye-crossing pictures) of a bunch of my MOCS.   Re: Little white shooting bot

--SNIP-- (...) That is Soren's work. I made an edge-line only render by converting the model to white and fiddling with the settings in ldview and he coloured using his colouring book techniques in Photoshop. Looks great IMO. Tim (18 years ago, 5-May-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) Well...
