  Re: Hafhead's Iron Mecha Progress

(...) Hi Tony, This is a good start and your upper torso is quite good overall but your legs are waaay to skinny. My major suggestion would be to fatten them up. After fattening the legs you might also want to make the waist a bit bigger but see how (...) (19 years ago, 11-Jan-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Worm gear driven turntable

(...) I'm not sure how he did the 4x4 plate either, unless he drilled it. I made this turntable and used a 2x2 round plate. Worked like a charm. -Brian (19 years ago, 11-Jan-06, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Are (...) (19 years ago, 11-Jan-06, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Welcome to the Building Arena, IRON MECHA

(...) Thanks for the roses, but this is quite common. I saw it many times before, and now even TLC is using this technique in the viking set with the wolf. If we didn't love it, we wouldn't be spotlighting it. :) To quote my other favorite cartoon that doesn't have Bender in it: "Freaking Sweet!" -Dave (19 years ago, 11-Jan-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
