  Re: New MOC: Nemo II

Returning the feedback, nice Mecha, you have good designs. I like them, plus I see neat connections and choice parts. e (19 years ago, 20-Nov-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: My first mecha: Proto-1

Well hello, and welcome! I was looking at this on Brickshelf the other day. You have some good ideas there. What sorts of projects do you have in mind next? Thanks for sharring and again, welcome. e (19 years ago, 20-Nov-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  A Fall collection of MOCs

Here are some things I've built recently. Personally I'd like to see more MOCs posted to lugnet.space, so let's see more people posting their builds. Blue Crush Hover-Racer: (2 URLs) (MOCPage link)> This build is an example of my love for slopes, (...) (19 years ago, 20-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: New Mecha: The Cub

I like it - refreshingly different from the usual Sophie-mecha. Not sure I like the idea of using such weak joints for something so massive, but it clearly worked out for you. Soren (19 years ago, 19-Nov-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Nova

(...) I always like your small art work. From your redesigned Novas I like this one the most: (URL) Thank you for sharing (URL) Marco> (19 years ago, 19-Nov-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: My first mecha: Proto-1

(...) Welcome to .mecha Matthew. (...) Quite impressive for a first one. I like the poseability. It seems to me you had real fun doing those poses for the pics. (...) I'm not bothered by the color scheme. The colores fit together quite well. The (...) (19 years ago, 19-Nov-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: New Mecha: The Cub

(...) Well I'm late, but I have to say well done. (...) I'd like to see the foot in disasembly. (...) You already mentioned, that you added breaks, but I still can't believe rotational click hinges support such a giant. You may say it's a small (...)   My first mecha: Proto-1

My first post here so I'd better introduce myself... My name is Matthew but almost everyone knows me as 'mo'. I live in the UK. I'm new to the AFOL scene; I played with lego (Space - then Technic) loads as a kid but stopped as adolesence brought (...) (19 years ago, 19-Nov-05, to lugnet.build.mecha) !

  Re: Plasmic Bricks dot com

I always told myself, "The world will be a better place when three things come to pass: 1. When Tooth Brushes have digital displays, 2. When Bryce McGlone makes his own web site, and 3. I can't mention here. Rest assured it has lot's to do with (...) (19 years ago, 19-Nov-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Plasmic Bricks dot com

(...) Hmmm, strange, the link is broken. Had to copy and paste it to work. :-( Let me just start of by saying that I’m blown away. Phew... Okay. :-D Bryce, your website is wonderful. It has been years since I have actually explored a LEGO MOC (...) (19 years ago, 19-Nov-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Plasmic Bricks dot com

Hey Ya'll I finally got around to making my own website. Still a bit of a labor of love (aren't they all?). <plasmicbricks.com> I tried to keep it clean, fast loading, and java free. All hail dial uppers!!! (19 years ago, 19-Nov-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX) !

  Shroomtastic

Man, I usually get to Lugnet via a bookmark to the .space page, but this time I had to go looking for the Castle newsgroup. Never thought that would happen.. So yeah. I, uh, made a castle-ish moc. I broke from my usual spacey bias and went nuts in (...) (19 years ago, 18-Nov-05, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, FTX) !!

  Re: MOC: Notre Dame, Paris

(...) I'm looking at doing this for the arches that support something (i.e., have bricks above). It would be hard to make it look right for a stand-alone arch, though. Right now I'm working on the groin vault for the interior ceiling. I'm using a (...) (19 years ago, 18-Nov-05, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: New Mecha: The Cub

(...) Oh ok, got ya. When I build, I find a good rule of thumb is to make the hips narrow as compared to the shoulders. In this case, using the rotational click hinges, the female socket end for both inner hip connections, are both 4L. So they are (...) (19 years ago, 18-Nov-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Mecha: The Cub

(...) Not more compact per se. Just under the waist so the thighs don't jut out so much. But that's only a small comment and we've talked about it before. I'm just tryin' to say something other than "kool 100!!!/10!!!!OMG!!11" (...) I like the (...) (19 years ago, 18-Nov-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Mecha: The Cub

(...) Thank you! (...) Hmmm, I'm a little confused, please explain. Hips more unders the waist? Like more compact? right? (...) I was tempted. (...)   Re: New Mecha: The Cub

It's a Sophiesque Gundam! Like the head & some of the slope stuff going on. Overall has that slouched look that Mark refferend to. Would love to see the hips up under the waist a bit more, but havin' them come out the sides is pure Sophie. I'd like (...) (19 years ago, 17-Nov-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
