  Re: The LEGO Colosseum Project

(...) Hi Erik, I'm not too sure about that because I was too busy building =P, but I managed to get an answer from our designer who happens to be a trained architect =) "There were no special techniques required, but I first counted and measure the (...)   Welcome Home,Daddy!

Hi all, Here is my first vignette attempt. Not much, but I hope you all will like it . The purpose of this MOC is to commemorate the Yellow Ribbon Project launched in Singapore this month. (3 URLs) (19 years ago, 18-Sep-05, to lugnet.people.teens, lugnet.build.vignette, lugnet.loc.sg, FTX)

  Re: The LEGO Colosseum Project

(...) That is nice! Were there any special techniques used to build the curves? It does look like regular square grid - and large enough to be smooth. -Erik (19 years ago, 17-Sep-05, to lugnet.loc.sg, lugnet.build.ancient, lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.events, FTX)

  The LEGO Colosseum Project

Hello LEGO fans, Last weekend, members from a Singapore Lego Fan Group, S0937FG, came together to recreate 2 quarants of the Roman Colosseum out of LEGO bricks. The installation was done on-site in the Asian Civilisation Museum(ACM),Singapore. The (...)   WIP: Unnamed Minifig Scale Ship

This is not an official SW starship, though some design elements were derived from the Venator. It's more of an escort/attack cruiser much smaller in size but fast, deadly and deploys frontline clonetroopers. The light gray with dark gray and dark (...) (...) This is so clean it makes me slightly sick : ) Another piece of great small furniture that makes my own interiors seem yet more cumbersome... 'Thanks for sharing'? :-) God Bless, Nathan Visit my brickshelf gallery: (URL) (pic=link) (19 years ago, 17-Sep-05, to lugnet.build, FTX)

Re: The Brick Testament: Samson -- the early years

Hey, Bruce. (...) Thanks, I'm pretty happy with the new look. Easier to read, and hopefully a little nicer to look at. I also dispensed with the two letter abbreviations for the books of the Bible. When I started the project, I mistakenly thought (...) (19 years ago, 17-Sep-05, to lugnet.build.ancient, FTX)

  Re: Teknomeka build

(...) Oh, it's difficult to say. I would usually work for and hour or two after work over a period of two weeks - but I was very inefficient in building. I would say it could be built comfortably in a full 12 hour day. Chris (19 years ago, 16-Sep-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: The Brick Testament: Samson -- the early years

Hey Rev, Awesome! I'd been wondering when the next installment would come. I like the new background, BTW. Izban, Elon, and Abdon - Hmm, not a lot here. Not sure why you chose to illustrate this. I never knew how much of a ladies' man Elon was. (...) (19 years ago, 16-Sep-05, to lugnet.build.ancient, FTX)

  Re: Studless Brick Wall Study

(...) And dalek (5-stud) bricks, and technic 1x1 one-hole bricks, too, one presumes... It's very neat, what with half-plate spacing everywhere, but you'd have to be very carefully moving it if you didn't want to have to re-set loads of tiles! I have (...)
