Re: Panels to offer a 5-wide space in a 6-wide MOC

(...) I did some brief testing last night with this. The Technic motor((URL) does fit into the 1x4x3 and 1x2x3 panels, with possibly a very slight amount of bending. The 1x2x3 panel works better as the 1x4x3 panel has two small strengthening ribs (...) (19 years ago, 30-Aug-05, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build)

Re: Panels to offer a 5-wide space in a 6-wide MOC

(...) Strangely I was just thinking about this before I came online, but to hide a 4 wide technic motor in a five wide unit. Im going to have to experiment tho as the motor may be too big for the bigest panels. If not I'll have to use SNOTted (...) (19 years ago, 29-Aug-05, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.build)

Re: Panels to offer a 5-wide space in a 6-wide MOC

(...) Hi Didier, I used also panels as wall for my AM96 project (SNOT technique). See rendered pictures of those cars: (URL) transparent blue windows are panels (1x2x3), also the white pieces under the windows are panels. Between the panels (length (...)   Re: First MOC or vignette to use new gold bricks...... I think?

(...) Cute! Several of the Build the Trust entries used gold bricks, though those bricks were not obtained from the tubs. This might be the first VIG to use them, however. (19 years ago, 29-Aug-05, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

  Re: Bondage Vignettes

(...) Brilliant. The level of detail is fantastic. I hope you're planning to do the rest of the series as well -- there's so much good stuff to work with in the Bond films of the 70s. Very much looking foward to your treatment of The Spy Who Loved (...) (19 years ago, 29-Aug-05, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

  Shaggie's Gallery (Jagdtiger)

Has "shaggie" ever posted here about his Jagdtiger? If this is the same shaggie from OzBricks, I've built a few of his "Mafia" game cars a few years back. Very nice.   Finally an update: quickview of the B-24 liberator

Well, I'm building for ages on this first 'big' warbird MOC (The airplane is big, scale is just minifig as usual) Posted on Brickshelf are some quick snap-shots of the work in progress. The interior is still missing and I don't know when I will (...) (19 years ago, 29-Aug-05, to lugnet.build.military, FTX) !

Panels to offer a 5-wide space in a 6-wide MOC

Hi, As you know, some builders among you enjoy placing some interior details in their rolling stocks. As the scale of minifig do not fit well the scale of most train parts, you may often feel a lack of internal room (for instance only 4 studs in 6 (...)   miniscale / vignet like cathedral front

In this try out for a cathedral vignet / miniscale project, I've tried to use all kind of parts to suggest architectonial styles. One eye-catching part is the round window (see also: (URL) the 'round.txt' for more indo). The idea of the cross I've (...) (19 years ago, 29-Aug-05, to lugnet.build)
